Cancellation And Refund Policy

Knowledgucate establishes clear policies to ensure smooth academic operations for students, schools, agents, and other entities. These regulations cover application, registration, examinations, and processing fees related to cancellations, withdrawals, and refunds, if applicable. The following policy applies to all courses offered by The World School (TWE) and Examnation (EN) for online learning programs.

Please note that fees for recorded video courses are non-refundable.

Fees will be collected in three instalments in the months of May, August and November.

The option to pay upfront includes a 5% discount on the tuition fee.

Regulation:

1. This Regulation outlines the procedure of student registration and student liability towards the Institution in case of cancellation of admission and for refund of fees paid.

2. Any student admitted to any of the Courses offered by TWE &EN may apply for cancellation of his/ her admission 7 days before the commencement of the classes. After a 7-day window, no cancellation/withdrawal from the course is applicable.

3. Application for cancellation of admission/ withdrawal is to be made by submitting the withdrawal form to info@theworldecademy.com. No other mode of application shall be accepted.

4. The student is registered with the examination board (NIOS/BOSSEE) as soon as the enrolment is confirmed. Application, Registration, Examination and all handling/processing charges will be non-refundable

Any withdrawal application received less than 7 days before the class commencement date, Admission fee, Application Fee and Examination fee, payment gateway charges, and processing fee will be forfeited.
Students who withdraw from the program within one month from the date of commencement, Application, Admission, Examination fee, Fee + 20% of the instalment fee paid will be forfeited.
For students who withdraw from the course after one month, the Application, Admission, Examination fee + 25% of the instalment fee paid will be forfeited.
Refund of the instalment fee will not be applicable after the completion of one month of the commencement of the program.

5. Any Court proceeding relating to the Refund of fees irrespective of the domicile of the student, shall be only in the City of Bangalore, Karnataka, India
